Get ready: Have your EMA login and note provider name variants
(Lit Leaders, Lit Leaders LLC, tutoring, literacy).

1. Sign in to EMA: Log in with your Step Up account.
2. Open the Marketplace: From dashboard → Marketplace → Find Provider.
3. Search by provider name: Type 'Lit Leaders' (try variants if nothing shows).
4. Open the provider profile: Review services, credentials, rates, and contact info.
5. Request/book services / allocate funds: Book through EMA so payments come directly from your account.
6.  Add hours for the month or semester to your cart.
7.  Go to cart to check out.
8. Checklist before confirming: Student info, scholarship type, provider credentials, session details intake paperwork.
   Contact Step Up support: Reach out if you can’t locate the provider or need help with payments.
   Funds will never be drawn out of account until lessons have been fulfilled.
