My name is Emily Johnson. I am an educator with my Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education, along with my Master of Education in Special Education. I have completed training in Orton Gillingham through the Associate Level, while also being trained in Structured Literacy. I have provided training to educators in Structured Literacy and how to implement it in their classroom. I am passionate about assisting children in both reading and writing. As a mother with three boys with dyslexia, I am determined to change the stigma around dyslexia. Our children just need to learn differently than mainstream curriculum provides. Their brains are amazing and we need to showcase the beauty of dyslexia, not diminish it by making our children feel less confident than they should because they have dyslexia. My mission is to support families and the journey of educating all children to read and write the way their brain works and sees letters and words. From pre-reading to adults, we can help you! My one to one support classes booked up so quikcly, I added at- home curriculum to go with the one to one support. Once this also filled up, I began recording myself teaching my classes to reach even more students. My proven techniques have shown success time and time again. I am here to help as many students as possible, by providing any avenue needed to get your child to reading and writing success!

Asynchronous Written Curriculum
This option provides at home curriculum in written format in reading and/or writing, along with a Lit Leaders Tutor providing consultation throughout the week.

Asynchronous
Video Curriculum
This option provides at home curriculum in a video format in reading and/or writing, along with a Lit Leaders Tutor providing consultation throughout the week.

1-1 Support with At- Home Curriculum
This option provides one to one meetings with your child in reading and/or writing, along with the choice of either written or video curriculum. Your trained staff member will be monitoring your child's work that is provided for them to do at home.
Our system will help your child overcome reading and writing anxiety once and for all!

Written Curriculum to be done with a parent in reading and/or writing, along with having a trained tutor monitoring your child's weekly work from Lit Leaders.
Asynchronous Video Curriculum
Video Curriculum to be done asynchronously in reading and/or writing, along with having a trained tutor monitoring your child's weekly work from Lit Leaders.
1-1 Classes with at- home curriculum
One to one live lesson weekly in reading and/or writing, along with your choice of written or video curriculum to be done at home and monitored by your Lit Leaders Tutor.
